Ahh, let's be honest here who does not love a good collaboration with everyone's favorite brand, target? Do we all remember the Lilly Pulitzer, VB for target and let's not forget Nemin Marcus holiday collection. What do all of these collections have in common? They are all a wonderful way to get a designer piece for a fraction of a price and they are some of the top brands out on the market today. So when I saw Target was doing a collaboration with Hunter I was pretty calm.
Why you might ask? Well, I knew that Hunter always has a clothing line and other fun things besides just rain boots. So that lead, me to not get overcome with emotions and go wait in line to get a something from this collection. When the lookbook finally made its way out I was not really wanting anything in particular nothing I was dying or lusting over. Until the other day when I was surprised with this rubber Hunter Bag. First off how cool is this bag? I did not see this bag when I went and looked at the lookbook multiple times. However, I love the color of this bag and I love the variety it can hold of items! It goes with basically everything that I own and I love that because of the amount of a statement it can make! Furthermore, it is perfect for those rainy days and chillier days! No way that you have to worry about ruining a bag thanks to the rain!

Another month is behind us and it is so beyond hard to believe that we are in the FOURTH month of 2018 truthfully it is insane for myself to think about. But I will not sugarcoat anything for you guys. Life has been insane, from planning a fundraiser, interning, work and of course college. Finally, I am starting to think about the next chapter of college and that is of course further education and getting my MBA. INSANE to honestly start thinking about this next chapter, however I am super excited for everything to happen.
Today I wanted to discuss what I am super pumped for and that has to be MARCH Beauty! I feel like I have been waiting to publish my favorites. It only took me until the middle of the month to finally get around to posting about them. This month I decided to break it down and give you a complete reason why these products rocked my world in the month of March. So sit back relax and get ready for the vast amounts of information.
Turbo Dryer-
Why I love it- It simply just does it all for me, when I originally cut my hair short a few months ago the first product that was used on my head was this stuff. Since then I feel like I am sorta attached to it, and really I can not let it go. It's officially empty and I need to refill asap!
What it does for me- Helps me to keep my hair looking good, I see my hair being able to dry faster and also being a good starting base to build texture, body and overall quality of my hair. However, one thing I don't like is how oil base the product is.

Why I love it- OKAY totally never ever ever thought I would have a thing for this product but I have a hard love for this item. I use it every single day of my life and that is something that I am obsessed with. One of my very favorite products and purchases in a long time. I know that the price point is a little high but it still is the best product and it beats the cheaper one!
What it does for me- Smooths my makeup and makes it so easy to apply the product which is something that I am a huge fan of. Sometimes with beauty brushes we can see a huge challenge with applying foundation. Not with this stuff it makes it a breeze to blend. AND I also love I can apply my blush with this magic gadget.
Lancome Cils Booster XL Mascara -
Why I love it- I use it this stuff religiously with my mascara. It is the perfect base for my mascara and it helps to get that natural lash look which is something that I love so much especially after I have no extensions anymore. Only, downfall is the product is something hard to get off my skin.
What it does for me- Helps additionally with getting volume and the desired look
Stay Matte by Rimmel London -
Why I love it- CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP and it is reliable and the perfect product for the person that does not want to spend a lot of money. I love the idea of this product it is the perfect product if you want coverage and to prevent sweat and makeup from being ruined. It is a great product and cheap also. Did I mention that yet???
What it does for me- All day coverage and a perfect base for your daily makeup needs. I love how it goes over and it makes the perfect base. I love how foundation when follows makes for an easy look. I love this product and actually am near empty refill soon!
Dry Shampoo by Pearessence-
Why I love it- Gets the hair super clean and it has a fantastic scent to it. I love the application of the product and it is so easy to use. Literally, it gives the perfect amount of powder to come out and get that Greece out. It's by far my favorite cheap product that you can snag. Also it comes in such a good size and lasts so long.
What it does for me- So much I love the idea of dry shampoo and as a girl that has some short hair I live for this product so much. Any dry shampoo is a good shampoo. Blender Cleanser- Why I love it- Cleans everything instant, super awesome product and uber powerful with getting everything gross off. Literally, I have a great love for this product it has a fantastic scent to it. What it does for me- Literally everything keeps my brushes clean and keeps them in a good and sanitized fashion.
One thing I love is the idea of spring and the feeling that spring is here. Over the weekend we experienced some 75 to 80-degree temperatures and let me say how wonderful it was to pull out something besides a sweater and slides. I finally was able to wear open toe shoes for two days! It was beyond refreshing! I'm just going to pretend that we are not getting snow on Tuesday because y'all snow is overrated at this point in the game.
However, if there is one thing I am loving it has to be this comfy and fun tee I just snagged a few weeks ago just in time for spring. First off I have to start off by saying they come in three colors and the little shoulder detail gives me all the feels. I mean can we call this guy an essential for sure? Second, it is under $20 to be exact it is $16.99 and let me say that is the deal of the day! Finally this is made so incredibly good and with such good quality that it made me feel good purchasing an item like this.

If you all remember a few weeks ago I decided to go out and make myself get a little fix. Let me start out by saying turning 21 I started to notice things that made me want to start a little change. I always been a structured take off your makeup clean your face and maintain as much as you need to. Which lead me to the idea of trying out Dermaplanning. I knew that I wanted to get the procedure done but I was selective with where I was going to go. After finding the perfect person to go to I was able to finally have the confidence to go.
What is Dermaplaning??
Dermaplaning is when they take a medical grade blade and go across your face removing the most difficult hair and dry skin. Basically in a nut-shell.
What is the risk?
Nothing which is the best if you ask me. So many people think that facial hair will grow back darker, more corse and just horrid. That is an absolute lie and it's sorta funny it's a huge misconception.
It has been roughly four weeks since I have had it done and I must say that my skin has been changed so much. I have been dealt extreme dry skin and it shoes because one moment I can have moisturized and awesome skin. The next moment I can have dry patches of skin. So for me getting this procedure done I was able to understand so much more about my skin type and the things I need to adopt to take better care of me face.
For one my experience was awesome I loved having the opportunity to learn new things about my face. The whole procedure for me was an hour in a half and I must start out by saying It was so relaxing. The first hour of the procedure is strictly the dermaplaning and then the last 30 is a firm facial and relaxation. I left the whole service feeling brand new and rejuvenated. My facialist recommend going and getting this procedure done 3 to 6 times a year!

Its April, and yet as I write this I am dealing with 39-degree temperatures and snow. Which is something that is unbelievably crazy to me especially in April! One thing that I am not so proud of is that officially have all sweaters, booties and winter pieces in storage. It is all officially GONE, so with snow sleet and rain, it has been a little difficult to find stuff in my closet that will fit for me! However, one thing that I am in LOVE with is this black cardi that I have had for some time now. It is most definitely an oldie but a goodie. I love the idea of a longer back giving it perfect use for professional and casual wear.
during this very bi-polar weather, I have been able to reconnect and find a love for items that I might not turn to. Like this black cardigan, white denim and thicker knit cardigans. It's funny how those pieces can bring you together!
One thing is for sure, western Pa weather in the past week sucks. And in no way am I lying to you, from snow, sleet, rain and let's not forget sunshine it has been full bipolar over in my area. What sucks the most is I already packed up ALL my winter items last week when we experienced some warmer spring-like temperatures for roughly two days. So one thing is for sure, I am officially working with what I got.
That's when I thought what is better than sharing how I am working this trench into my wardrobe for every day. At this point in April, I am officially ditching my old winter coat for a good old-fashioned trench. One thing I am starting to notice is that I am loving a good trench than I have before. This one is from years ago but it still has a huge place in my heart. It goes with absolutely everything and is an affordable option!

How are we all feeling on this Monday? Anyone having serious food hangover and feeling like they need to go run 5 miles today? Literally how I am feeling right now at this current moment. However, since it is April 2nd I wanted to break down my complete experience with no shopping for a whole month.
So many people followed along on my journey with not buying anything. And to be honest it made me love my closet so much more. It also helped me to curate a better closet for any season. I got rid of so much stuff, sold, purged and gave to women in need. And instead was able to find my true sense of style.
Additionally, I was able to respect and like the idea of building a closet that would stick for me. A large amount of my cleaning was directed at getting rid of clothes I wore in my teens and now as a , 21-year-old women starting to work in more professional apparel. Now I am atracted to having a closet with more staples and getting more texture and buildable pieces mixed in.
Furthermore, some of my very best tips when it comes to giving up shopping for a month are some pretty simple ones. Try to have an open mind towards getting rid of things no longer bring you "joy". After doing that I was able to realize how endless amounts clothes were something that were not needed. And to that it made me feel so much better with letting go and welcoming in the new!
