Little life updates

One thing I love is the feeling of spring and this past weekend I noticed the change in the temps thus making me super excited for spring and the temperatures. This past weekend I decided to do a little bit of a renovation on my room and my space. And let me be the first to tell you I am slightly obsessed. Simple little changes can go and make this biggest difference when it comes to one's life. 

Today I wanted to round up some of my very favorite things I am crushing on right now for the change of the season and to refresh my spaces, in and out of my closet. I have had my eye on that Cult-Gaia bag for some serious time now! And with a credit, It has been killing me to just not splurge on this babe! I also have been hunting and really wanting a smaller ginger pot for remotes and to hold things in it. I have been searching for so long now to find the perfect one! Additionally, I am loving espadrilles and when I saw there is so many product extensions of the previous espadrilles from last season, and I am loving them. These babes are under $180 and are a total bargain if you ask me.

Lets play catch up!

Grab your fav cup of coffee and or wine or even favorite takeout to read this incredibly long post today! I feel that since I share so much with you on social media and here that it is only right at times to play catch up, be honest and say what is going on in my life! I have in the past been open to these things. However, when I woke up this morning I felt the need to be open, share and create that relationship with you guys more.

So whats going on Vic?

Well, last Thursday I started back to class full time and it's always a challenging first week. Since I basically went to class on Thursday and had no class on Friday, I spent the majority of my Friday in the office for my internship. When I started class on Thursday I was put into a class on a Thursday evening for me I was aiming for the goal of taking the class online. So after having a huge discussion with my professor she told me to go and basically have my supervisor supply an email for her and she would happily change it. If you did not know this about me I am organized down to everything I hate when something is not in my control and or my hands. So basically this made me feel insane. And to be honest it still is. So that is one major event that has been happening.

Next is being back in school, and if you are like why does this stress you out?? the answer is college is mad stressful. Especially because I am starting to feel the pressure mount for jobs, internships and the next steps. I have increasingly been getting nervous when it came to these next chapters of my life. Right now I am batteling between staying an extra 6 months just to get my Masters or to just leave and start on with my endeavours in the world. 

Now onto my internship. Yes, I am currently interning for 240 hours in a semester that right now is making up 19 hrs a week. I have not been in for a week and I can tell you with confidence I am tired beyond words. And I am still working my other job. So we can all say Victoria is going slightly crazy this semester! Trying to balance life, work and so much more. I feel as though being a person on social media I should share these things of what is actually is going on in my life. Life is about growth and finding new things out.

Pink Disco Shoes

If this post has you confused then I know I did something right here. 

YES, you read that first sentence perfectly. Truth is when I saw these pink perfection booties I KNEW I needed to add them to my closet and not just come back and hope they are still there making it fate. NOPE, I grabbed these babes and ran to the register! There is something about pink recently for me that is making its dramatic ways back into my closet. Before I hated any form of pink and thought that I looked horrid as sin in it. But since the great chop of 2017 as we can remember I have drastically fell back in love with pink! (odd right) 

I purchased this awesome as crap , (yes new proper adult word) skirt a few months ago from Tj Maxx. Since then I have worn it a few times from here and there. What I adored about it is the tieing feature on the side! So freaking cute, and making it flexible for many different ways to wear. I decided to break up the pink and black combo with some jean texture!
