The field vest, the perfect addition for Fall

Happy November everyone!

Who would have thought that October is over and November is here to greet us! I love November more than words, this year Connor and I are hosting a Friendsgiving together. This is our third year having the holiday so I am so excited to for that. But that isn't why I love November so much. November is the final season of fall and change. Before winter comes and greets us, its funny in October we very rarely had cold temperatures and or leaves fall last month. So to finally see some change and accept the fall is so nice.

These past few weeks have been no exception of crazy to say the least. A new job, school, the holidays, and finally classes. I am so happy that things are semi slowing down for the most part. However, I really want to do a life post soon. So if that is something you would like to read then let me know in the comments below! 

Now on to today's post.... 

We all know that I love a good vest, a vest can change the game. Actually writing this post right now I am in fact wearing a vest. However, this one I snagged last Tuesday at The Line styling event changed the game forever. First, off it has a pattern, second off its the perfect color and finally it is adorable and easy to wear with just about anything in one's closet. Need I say more????

Happy Wednesday everyone! 

We are halfway through another week! And this girl is beyond ready for the weekend to be here! We are at that half way point in college where we are scheduling for spring semester and projects are starting to become the death of you! 

Today however I am obsessing over this gorgeous embordered faux leather jacket from Dresslily literally I fell in love with the detail and gorgeous color! I thought it would be just perfect for fall! The detail on this jacket is seriously so amazing! Originally when I saw it on Dresslily It reminded me so much of the pieces we have been seeing from Gucci with all the florals! I was hooked! 

Also, can we take a moment to discuss this choker? Also from Dresslily, I may add! I was a little nervous to take the plunge and get one! However, I am so happy I did! I am loving this lace up one from Dresslily! It has been super fun incorporating into my wardrobe since I am not the edgiest girl! On Sunday we adventure

Happy Monday everyone!

I hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing weekend! I spent mine working and then attending a blogging event in Pittsburgh on Sunday! It was super fun because I went with another close blogger friend! After we decided to adventure down to the Pennsylvanian to shoot some outfit photos! This place has seriously been on my bucket list for such a long time! The beauty of this place is amazing and the history is so rich! 

As for these adorable suede shoes! I am obsessed with the color and the heel size! I think they are such a closet staple to have! Also, I am loving this super soft white sweater it is perfect for the cooler temps! It was the perfect sweater to wear around Pittsburgh because it's still warm but then can also be really cold. So this was the perfect mix and I was comfortable all day long! 

20 things Iv'e learned in 20 years

I know it is so weird to have a post on a Friday from me!
However, tomorrow I am turning 20 and I decided what better way to share my birthday than giving you guys a list of 20 things I have learned in 20 years! I thought this would be a super fun post, I hope you guys enjoy!! I really took a lot of time to really think about it all out!

1. BE NICE - enough said
2. Being the underdog is okay- It makes for a really good story
3. A smile is always the best accessory

4. Always put your foot forward!
5. Make as many friendships as you can- I am lucky to say I have some amazing friendships with amazing people! Truly thankful!
6. Be prepared - because nothing is worse than being underprepared and people knowing

7. Family is everything- without family, I would not be half of the person I am today
8. Be organized- Organization is the key to happiness!
9. Coffee is a major key- again enough said
10. Really hard work pays off- I would not get half of the places I got in this 20 years without super hard work.
11. A signature fragrance is a real thing- I think of it like a theme song it describes you to a tee! Mine is Jo Malone Peonies and Blush.
12. Go travel
13. A good lip color can change everything!

14. You can never have enough chocolate
15. Love life- greet every day with a smile and always love what you are doing
16. Laugh
17. Insecurities will kill you- we all have them, but if we let them bother us we will all be miserable!

18. You can learn so much from your grandparents- if you have the pleasure of still being able to have your grandparents take the time to get to know them. They will teach you so many important life lessons!
19. Flowers can make any space more cheery!
20.  Life can be a roller coaster- Sit back and enjoy!

Happy Wednesday everyone! 

The first week of October is almost in the bag! It is so hard to believe that October is actually here! Beyond crazy to me, it feels like August was just here! 

Anyway on to today's post! I am talking about this adorable Bell sleeve Houndstooth dress! When I saw it on Zaful I fell in love with it and knew it would be the perfect piece to have for fall! I love the print and it beyond comfortable! Which is always a added bonus If you ask me! Since I got it I literally have worn it three different ways! Which is perfect because it is a total versatile piece to own! I recently have been trying to add to my fall and winter dress collection and this dress is a perfect piece to have! 

Also, I am obsessing over this bag from Confetti Clothing Company It is the perfect bag for fall! The color screams fall and is literally beyond perfect I am sorta obsessed with it! My mom got it for me when she was on her trip last week and it literally has been worn every single day since I got it! You can say I am obsessed!

The fall transition

Happy Wednesday everyone! 

Another week is almost in the bag and I could not be more excited! 

Fall temps have been making their debut here in PA and I could not be any more excited! With the cooler temps, I have been trying to add more of a fall flare to my fashion but still being comfortable for the upper 70 days! I thought hard about how to incorporate fall fashion but keeping cool for the still warmer temps! Then it came to me, why not thrown on a pair of shorts! With booties and a longer sleeve top, it all works perfectly!
